Critical Results
Focus Diagnostics' Client Services Departrment calls the results of tests that could prompt immediage clinical intervention by the physician. The following test results will be called to the authorized facility or person ordering the test within two hours of releasing the results at Focus.

Focus Diagnostics offers an enhanced level of service through a choice of electronic data transfer options. Our Information Technology (IT) team is dedicated to developing new information capabilities that can streamline processes and reduce costs for our clients.

FocusDirect™ Secure Interface
Focus' custom interface enables clients to transmit orders directly from their laboratory and receive results via their laboratory information system (LIS). Our expertise and resources enable Focus' IT team to quickly assess each laboratory's requirements. We can then implement the appropriate interface based on customer needs using the most effective transmission protocol. This interface can support several data formats, including the industry standard ASTM and HL7. Your Focus Sales Account Manager is available to consult with you about the best option for your laboratory.

FocusLink® Secure Connectivity
FocusLink provides the ability to order tests and access specimen reports via secure internet connection. FocusLink offers fast, easy access to Focus Diagnostics' reference laboratory testing services.

FocusView™ Secure Inquiry
FocusView offers both web-based and dial-up access to Focus Diagnostics specimen information and test results. This password-protected software is a valuable tool for clients who do not need order-entry capability, but want the convenience of an electronic catalog and up-to-date information about tests in process.

Autodial System
Focus clients can receive test reports automatically at pre-determined intervals via remote printer or fax. Autodial is a convenient means of managing test reports without added computer equipment.
